Need a Steel Water Neck or some sort of Weld on Cap

Im making my own Overflow tank, and Id prfer to make it out of stainless over aluminum and I am having a hard time finding a neck and cap I can use. SO far all I can find in steel is a Canton one, but it uses a radiator Cap, and I would just prefer some sort of other cap if I can find something.

Any Suggestions?
