92' GTR Skyline for sale in Cincy

I contacted the seller with the list of standard questions but the wanted to run it by the experts here and see if anyone knows someone who is selling or possibly heard of it for sale. It looks like he just imported it to be honest which means scam off the bat. With only 18k miles on the engine and the taillights seem to be off a bit. Just kinda odd to see a skyline in cincy for 25k that is road leagal. lol
I have ready 10-20 articles over the last 2-3 months pertaining to the flood of skylines hitting the US market that are illegal that are being passed as legal. Just thought I would run it passed everyone esp the Nissan peeps.

It's STATE legal but not FEDERAL legal (most likely) This is a lot of what's going on now with all the siezing. This is probably either a scam (not sure on that honestly) or someone that's getting paranoid and knows his car could get siezed because it's not federal legal.
And $25k is god awful high for a 92 R32

I wouldn't chance buying a Skyline for $25k only to have it siezed and then not have anything at all.

Cool, but its not $25k cool.
I'd pay $15k for it, but thats top dollar.
You could probably pay a member of this board $25k to build you a pretty slick 240 with an RB26 in it to run 9's.

Why are those that expensive. You could get a McNasty C5ZO6 with all the bolt ons, and set on decimation mode. Although the C5Z's around here with those mods only run 13.50s.
