Rx8
Will anyone on here admit to owing one? This is my next project with LSx swapped into it.
I've ridden in one before and would just like some opinions.
I've seen quite a few with around 50K with blown motor for $5K and thats the direction the project will start.

I owned one. Super fun to drive, slow as fuck...
You can pick one up WITHOUT a blown engine for that same price range.
LSx RX8 would be titties.

I have driven one quite a bit and I like the interior and they ride pretty nice. As stated they are super slow.I was looking to buy one for a while but never purchased one because it got like 15 mpg and had what felt like 150 hp.
I have been thinking about doing this as a project so I will be interested to see how it goes

I love the way the cars look, and I hear they handle like a dream.
But I hate the roturd in them, so a LSx swap in one would make for one badass car IMO.

In case you haven't noticed, an LSx swap in anything will make any car bad ass, obviously.

Wolf. I'd wait a while for Hinson to get a few kits out the door and let other people test them first. They are notorious for having issues upon release and it takes forever to get anything out of them. There will be bugs I'm sure. My guess is that it will take them abbot a year to figure everything out.

I'm on the chad plan so it'll take much longer then that. . . I mean I haven't even contacted you to do the wiring yet so see how far away I am from completion?
