I'd check your flux capacitor or maybe the muffler bearing?

NateZ28 is on a distinguished road
I had the same issue, on my 99ss, Turned out to be the clip that clips onto the alternator / voltage regulator...but could be a ground, very frustrating good luck

My buddy Brett looked into it a little more and said ground G102 could be causing the issue. I've googled and yet i still can't seem to find the location of it. Anyone have any ideas?

Ending up getting my hands on one. Spent an hour cleaning the ground that was the suspected issue and still no results...FML.

Typically with a GM the flickering lights is caused by a bad solder connection on the BCM (hair line fracture).

Being that you checked it, I'd say your Alt isn't supplying enough current during idle. Eventhough you might have a 110 amp alt. most don't supply that kind of current at idle. Add an underdrive pully and the problem gets worse.

Make sure you have a good chassis to engine ground as well

Also, the Auto Zone checks is usually at speed and doesn't check the full range. You need to check the alt. output with an oscilloscope. I had a bad alt that tested good at Auto Zone but when I hooked it up to my analyzer the ripple was bad.
