99 Chevy Express van (350) Stuttering problem HELP! Continued......

Ok, well I finally got a fuel pressure gauge today to test this thing out. At idle it is around 56-57psi. WOT it is 64 psi. Without the engine running it holds 56psi (64psi when the pump is running when you first turn the key).

All these tests are with the vacuum line on. Im assuming this has a vacuum regulated FPR. I looked around for a vacuum line on the regulator, but its buried inside the intake manifold. So I cant get to it, if it has one.

When the motor stutters, the fuel pressure is at 64psi

The specs I found are 60-66psi for chevy express 1500 vortec 350

First pic is while the engine is @ idle(more like 56-57psi, needle was jumping when i took the pic)
Second pic is with the gas pedal to the floor WOT (64psi-also when it stutters)

my bad for the choppy grammer. Yeah, I did a tune up. Changed plugs, Wires, Coil, Rotor, oil, airfilter, and Fuel filter. Im lost on this problem. Im thinking it might be clogged injectors.

That's what I said in the beginning...my old truck did the same thing and it was those spider injectors/poppet valves. Bad part is they are an expensive part to swap if it ain't the problem
