How long have you ran it since the pump replacement? If there are no holes in the lines and the ps connections are good, it should work itself out relatively quickly by just topping off the fluid and turning the wheel slowly from lock to lock. If it still screams after a few minutes of that, I'd take that pump back for a new one.

I found another leak... In one of the lines... :/ I will have to get a new line then try it all over again.
