Car- 2001 Audi S4

I am unfortunately looking to sell my S4 for what I feel is pretty cheap considering what I have done to it. I purchased the car at 127K and it now has 165K on it after nearly 2 years of ownership. I drive 120 miles round trip daily to work so the miles came on quick. here is what the pros and cons are to it. I have receipts for most everything. The price is $4,800 firm as this is payoff

Pros

Maintenance:

- Ultimate Timing belt kit, which includes water pump and other belts replaced at 130K
- All 4 wheel bearings replaced at 130K
- Auxillary water pump replaced at 160K
- Valve cover gaskets replaced at 130K
- Injector o rings replaced at 130K
- N75 valve repalced at 160K
- cam seals replaced front and back at 130K (I have spares as well)

Mods:

- APR Bi-pipe
- Forge dirverter valves
- VEI electronic boost gauge
- Pioneer 7" DVD/Navigation/Bluetooth touch screen player
- Stage 2 tune via JFonz
- SSAC 3" turbo back exhaust
- 034 Motorsports track density motor mounts
- 034 Motorsports track density tranny mounts
- 034 snub mount
- New blacked out housing headlights and HID bulbs
- New fog bulbs
- New Good Year tires with less than 6K miles on them

Cons:

- Needs clutch installed. I bought a clutch kit complete with single mass flywheel from ECS, but can't afford to install it. I bought it for the new owner mainly
- Has a boost leak by the passenger side turbo wastegate line
- Passenger side fog light cover is missing
- Pixels like most audi's are messed up in the center part of dash

The only reason I am selling so cheap is because I need something that is cheaper to drive 120 miles daily.

I owe $4,800... I have to have that for it. I literally have done all other maintenance including cam seals, timing belt, both water pumps, all 4 wheel bearings, valve cover gaskets, etc...

What do you have? It depends on a lot in order to trade, such as would a bank loan on the trade aka swap titles, depends on what the trade is, etc...

I have a 06 passat 2.0t tbelt waterpump less than 6 months old. It's the wifes car and she's wanting a stick car again. It has a 6 spd auto, she gets 580-600 mi per tank. Clean title in hand.
