I need some welding done...

I have a typical pos S13 that will most likely die when I crash it into a wall someday. It has rust holes in the floor pans. I need it welded. Possibly needs some work to a frame rail too... I don't want the job to be total garbage, but it doesn't need to be fantastic either. A shop wanted $500 and that's more than I just paid for the whole car. I can pay you in pizza, beer, AND actual money. Just not $500 in actual monies. I live on the east side of Cincy. PM me if you can help! :)
