Yep, 25 or older.
And you must have another car registered in your name, Historical car can't be a daily driver.
The car is only to be used in "parades" and car shows & such.
Like Edgewater on Thursdays & Fridays.... |

Ohio has collectors plates as well and the restrictions are not as bad and when emission testing was being done it got you out of it as well. Wish Ky would have passed a law for those to be available.
