Well take some advice from someone who has been there and done it... If you go boost dont go cheap, go all or nothing.. I went with the Greddy kit when they were 3900 because of the price and the fact that it was a complete package, unlike most kits where you have to supply fuel system upgrades and engine management. I am sitting around 300rwhp and plan on dropping another 2-3k this spring to swap to a PFab top mount manifold and gt3076r with full 3" exhaust. If I would have just went with their kit in the first place, I would have saved atleast 2k. I plan on dropping a 2mm Cometic HG and upping the boost to 14-16psi to make around 450rwhp. I love the s2k on boost, but the hondas have their days on boost where they just act funny...

Then you would look at the resale of a boosted S2k and realize that it is a complete and utter waste of money. What about the guy with the badass 35Red S2k on here that couldn't sell it to save his life?

The reason they don't resale is because kids aren't going to afford a mid to upper 20k's car that is nicely modified and anywhere from 5-8 years old. And almost every s2k I have seen on the road were stock with the exception of maybe some wheels. Besides, not too many people are selling cars that are toys now days. Look at the resale of Vette's.... A 60k car going for low to mid 20k's. So if you want to give a car away, then go for it |

I'd be afraid of breaking everything on a high power S2K. I'd do minor suspension and get some nasty tires and enjoy the car for what it is. Leave hauling ass to the Terminator.
