No dick I just need to get off my lazy ass and want to actually look into it and take the time to go through everything and look over everything which I did on the rainy saturday two days ago. It was leftover shit from a previous fix by the previous owner.

Im ASSUMING one or both headgaskets are shot. Car has 171,xxx miles.

Opinions?
This is often caused by an air pocket in the coolant system. When stopped once the air gets cool put it in park or N and rev just a bit (dont go all ricer and bounce it off the limiter or anything) and if it gets hot again thats most likely the problem. Had the same problem in my dd and that's what it turned out to be.
