I cant figure out how to separate the wires from the plug adapter. I have one that is sheared and needs to be fixed. Any ideas on how i can get to come apart.... I google the shit out of it but nothing really pops up. Its a b16a2

theres nothing left to cut and splice to. the wire sheared inside of the plug like it was ripped out. I would love to just cut and splice but i want to keep the plug intact.

if you can remove the IACV plug from the throttle body, do what shiftdrift said and drop some solder in it, drop your new wire in and let it cool. if you cant get the plug off,

1. burn the car
2. collect insurance
3. profit

Worst case, grab a replacement plug with plenty of wire from the junkyard. It sounds like you might need a depinning tool of some sort. I've used a needle successfully for this in a pinch.
