Hand-sculpted aero flares (build)...
These will be for a buddy of Violence's and, minus the router used to cut the circles, will be made using nearly 100% handtools + sandpaper Let's get started...



What I had to started with...







Getting there, still needs sanded complete though, obviously.







Inner flare done...















To see more of the process...the inner flare (complete) and the outter flare (in process)...



















More tomorrow

(You may notice a little more to be sanded on the 'finished' flare...you'd be correct...a bit more sanding to go on that one)

All finished up, didnt get the small ridges sanded down completely because he's going to be putting a few coats of resin on them anyways so those will fill in easily...































meh...
