School me on head units
To all you shit-eating ricers - I'll likely be purchasing an aftermarket head unit within the next few weeks. Here are some options that I want in it. Budget is $500....I could go $600, but it would need to have some seriously better features than a $500 unit.

-Bluetooth - I hate driving with my phone to my ear. I'd like one with this feature built in, and preferably an external mic.
-Satellite radio
-Smooth user interface - I hate touch screens that are laggy and twitchy. It doesn't HAVE to be touchscreen...I am just assuming most units are that have these features.
-Media steaming via Bluetooth - I can settle for the old fashioned auxiliary plug or USB input, but I'd rather just hop in the car and it connect.
-More watts - stock speakers and head unit in thr Subaru suck in every category.
-DVD - not really the ability to play discs, but video playback of memory sticks or SD cards would be nice. I've also scene were some units have app support to stream Netdlix, YouTube, etc on the head unit...that would be sweet.

Nav not necessary, as I don't really expect to get everything this cheap. I would rather have a unit that's without Nav and is built better than one with Nav that suffers in other areas in order to meet a certain price point.
If you've had experience with the unit that you recommend, eat shit. If not and you know a thing or two, eat shit.

Yeah there's nothing special about removing them. Just have to put valve stems in.

Looks to be 4x4 status.

If you are looking for a better sound experience take a look at the JBL MS8. It's a fancy oem interface with a built in amp and it tunes itself. Has none of the other stupid features you are looking for. Just get a Bluetooth speaker phone for your car.

Did anthony tune this?

Pop a tablet in the dash, slight overclock, replace and amp the speakers, and call it a day. No one listens to FM radio anymore, do they?
