2004 honda accord vibration issue
well this problem has been going for a few months now.

When i drive on the highway between 60-65 mph i get violent vibrations when im cruising above or below that speed im fine. Ive had my tires balanced rotated and aligned recently. Google search shows that its a cv axle issue but all the local parts stores think it something else. Anyone have any idea what it might be or how i could find out how to fix this problem

What type of balance was done on the tires? If it was just a static balance then you could very well have a "roadforce" issue present.

A road force balancer would show discrepancies in tire out of round or bent wheel issues.

Are they stock wheels?
If after market are you using hub centric rings?

And yes horribly fucked axles will do the same thing. Usually you can grab a hold of the outer joint region and manhandle it enough to feel the play if they are fucked up enough to cause a bad vibe. I repaired a Kia sephia that had thoroughly fucked axles and a bad vibe.

And broken belts in your tire will do the same thing.
