Really quick info need on hub centric rings. Do I need them?

Ill be honest, Ive never bought a set of wheels brand new. But I thought I would throw a bit of extra cash laying around on some wheels. Nothing special, they look fantastic on e30s for the cost. Anyways,Ive heard I need hub centric rings on these types of wheels, but to be honest I dont really know what they are even for

. Ill link the ad, because it says in the ad they are hub centric to e30s. So does that mean I need the rings or no

Think i found the answer. e30 center bore is 57.1, and so are the wheels, so no ring needed.

Nope you wouldnt need them. Just makes the wheel hubcentric, instead of relying on the lugs to make it "lugcentric"

Ah ok, thats what I thought. Guess the people were referring to the xxr/wheelmax wheels which are cheaper knock off of these so I guess they have more universal hub size (73 I believe). Thanks for the info!

I always use hub rings. No plastic shit either.
