Yeah i've been there. The 5 year thing is bullshit. I got a loan for the 240 and my subie. Both more than 5 years old. So I don't know if thats difference in banks or what. But a co-sign would help that and you could open your variety more. Like into 11 or 12k range. Not much more but enough to be satisfied.
