: shipping heavy parts? rwd trans Mastaflash 11-26-2003, 10:16 AM i have someone interested in a transmission im getting rid of and it would have to be shipped. usps only lets up to 70 pounds, ans ups only lets up to 150. how should i go about shipping this other than just driving forever and meeting half way? What I would do.... Is have them pay you like $60-80 extra (if they agreed to pay for shipping costs) for you to meet them half way. But an SR20DE trans only weighs 92 lbs. My motor I had to get through Overnight Express. Contact them it's not that much really.
