I searched and didn't see anything on this on this site. So what does everyone pay for insurance? Company name, driving record, age, bike..anything that would effect your rate... Plan on getting a bike fairly soon just wanna know the experience everyone else has around here..

Liter bike for $1k/yr full coverage 0 tickets 1 accident. Also saw a huge drop in premiums when I turned 25. If I didn't have that accident it would prolly be insanely cheap. My buddy doesn't pay dick and he has a liter bike and a cruiser and is ignorantly dumb cheap. Like a few hundred a year I think he said.

When I checked on a ZX6R it was $93 a month for full coverage, but I've probably one of the top driving records on here including 2 DUS's within the past year.

- $244/year full coverage
- 1 ticket
- 25 yrs old (Was $489/year when I was 24)
- $100/$500 deductible
- $50k/100k coverage

State Farm owes all the other companies in terms of price. i.e. Geico thought it was reasonable to have me pay $3,300/year :out:. That was fun laughing at the agent on the phone.

$28/month. Just liability with stupid high limits through Westfield. I have a clean record according to their knowledge ;)

Progressive got me the best deal. It's like.... $680 for liability for a year, for me and jessica. Full coverage was like $2300 or something. We both have horrible records lol.

On my 05 CBR1000RR, I was paying 45 or so a month for liability. I am 21, and have a pretty hefty driving record. My insurance company wouldn't even insure me on a bike till 2010.

^Hmmm, I didn't see that one. I've made one claim back in the day and they just cut me a check ($780) for a rock chipped front bumper and crack windshield... (Cement truck...bad deal).

And that's what I've heard. Minor stuff like that as no big deal, but serious trouble when it comes to a totaled vehicle, on both ends of the situation (hitting and being hit).

Just my $.02
