As requested, I've installed the timeslip hack. You can access the list using the "timeslip" link in the top nav bar. Currently, I have it set so that if you have an E/T under 13.5 seconds it is required that you upload a timeslip as proof. I will change this based on user input, so if you think it should be lower/higher then let me know.

If you don't see the timeslips link on the main nav bar, go to the bottom of the page and using the drop down box in the left corner to select "3.0" from the list.

What if we do not have the means to post up the slip? What if other members of the board saw the run? Would that count?

WhiteT and Ackbar, for the time being I've removed the timeslip requirement. Work on getting an actual slip in the future though. As for a video, if you have it hosted somewhere you may be able to link it instead of a timeslip - send me the url of where it is posted and I'll see if I can figure it out.

You need to be using the color style 3.0 for this feature to work.
