Engine Boring in Cincinnati?
Does anyone know a good place in Cincinnati to bore a sbc? Preferably somewhere on the eastside? Need to get a block bored .030 over for a 383 for the racecar. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure Hucks machine shop on Old 74 can do it. They are right behind KOI in front of Cottman Transmission, back that road that Line X is on...

thats s&m performance. they got an engine dyno and a chassis dyno. adam from cincy speed works there now and is a hell of a tunner. he is the only guy i would trust with my car and i send everyone too him.

I forgot that adam had opened up his shop there. He is a cool guy and the machine shop there is awesome.... Does eric no longer have the machine shop go by Performance Engineering? |

Just spoke with Adam who's a cool guy and gave a good price on cyclinder honing which I will most likely drop my block off to him. Bump for the advice.

Adam randomly helped me tear my shortblock down when I went to Performance Engineering for the first time. He didnt have to but he spent time out of his day to help me, and it saved me a ton of money because I didnt have to pay the machinest to do it (I was still new to this engine stuff), and I learned a lot from it... Super bump for a cool local tuner and builder |

yea adam will help you out with whatever. he has helped a few of us out from middletown at 1a.m when we needed him. its hard to find a guy like him to help out and not try to charge you even if you dont know him. |
